Our everyday low fares and special Group Travel conditions make travelling as a group easy and affordable at any time. If you have 10 or more people travelling together on the same flight to the same destination, for any reason whatsoever, you too can take advantage of our flexible payment rules, our low fares and our friendly service.

If you have a special event or a large group of people travelling together to the same destination, you may want to consider chartering one of our new, state of the art, Boeing 737-700 or 800 series aircraft. Just imagine, having exclusive use of such an aircraft specifically for your event.

All other bookings for less than ten guests can be made online or by phoning the Guest Contact Centre.

The best fares we can offer are on the Internet, you can now book up to 20 guests at any one time. Please note, Internet Fare Conditions apply which require instant payment and names at the time of booking.

Special Service Request

So we can arrange the appropriate assistance requirements for all members of your group, Virgin Blue Group Travel request that we be advised at the time of booking about any guests travelling with special service requirements.  If you don't do this, we may not be able to carry them on the particular flight.  Guests travelling with special service requirements include any members of the group requiring mobility assistance or any guests with hearing or vision impairments. Please advise your Group Sales Consultant of the guests needs at the time of quoting or booking. (An information box is provided on the Group Quote Request form under Step 4.Special Service Requirements)

In order to ensure that we can provide the required service for guests requiring mobility assistance, you will be asked to provide more information to your Consultant at a later date. A form will be supplied for completion to be returned to you Group Sales Consultant.

There are also some medical conditions that may restrict travel or require clearance from a medical practitioner before a person can fly with Virgin Blue, Pacific Blue or Polynesian Blue. Please refer to our Medical Clearance Guidelines (PDF, 124k) to determine if you need to complete a Medical Clearance Form (PDF, 143k) prior to travelling with us.
